So I had my interview set today but didn't make it to manila because of severe flood. I called their hotline this morning and they told me to resched the interview after 24hours with no charge at all since it was an immigrant visa. (that's what they told me) Now as soon as the clock turns 12midnight August 20, I assume that I can already make another appointment since its August 20 already. But then as I was doing it when it comes to "put the receipt number", this is what it says,

"No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for

WHAT???? Im sure im not going to pay again, but why does this happens?crying.gif

Anyone there same as me? huhuhuhu

This journey drives me nuts.cry.gif

I'm thinking that their computer system can't take your receipt because it is thinking that you already paid and had your interview Aug 19 when in fact you did not. I would get on the phone first thing in the morning and try and set your appointment that way. BTW you are using the 9 digit number from your receipt, right? It's the number just below your name on the left hand side. FYI.

24 hours is not a minute after midnight. Wait until morning. Remember the embassy for the most part is closed, and someone will have to re-valid all the accounts so they can reschedule.
