I think that most of Aldi's stuff is pretty good. We hit them pretty hard when they opened here, but haven't been in a while -- either we're off-schedule between stocking up and buying milk for Mini-Bone, or I get si'd off when the closer Aldi is perpetually out of the N2 (low-calorie) sports drink and the fancy hamburger buns.

I went to the local grocery store to pick up a couple items so my wife could make lumpia. Just needed some ground pork, some bean sprouts, and some flowers for my wife. First store has no ground pork and the bean sprouts looked like they expired about 3 days earlier. So on to the second store, one of the big discount stores here. They only have a three pound package of ground pork. Luckily that's exactly how much we needed, but we already had two pounds at home, so really only wanted to buy one pound. Their bean sprouts were about at the expiration day to, but at least they didn't look past it like the first store. I just don't get grocery stores today. They seem to stock less and run out more often. I guess that's what happens when they're all ran from a corporate office and not by a local grocery right in the store.

You don't go to the state or county for that? Of course the employer will ignore you, no employer wants to pay workers comp.

You have to request it from them first.

Then if they don't pay up, you have to "petition the arbitrator" which, when I look at the form, makes no sense.

Worker's Comp does not come from the state. It comes from the place of employment as a normal check just a fraction of what you were making.

Ok, since every state have different requirements. The first thing you need to do is yahoo workmans comp for Illinois. See what kind of forms they require. And the timeframe that it is/ was required within.
