I used to have a lot of friends that lived Nordeast years ago. Just about everyone of them was a drunk or a druggie.

Just bought the husband a birthday card. It's very cute. Though I often struggle with separating what I think is cute (ie: crass bubble tea) and what the rest of the normal world thinks is cute.

Go to Home Depot, get scare crows for daughter

To add....while he has the worst table manners I've ever seen. When I ask him to hand me a tool, like a screwdriver, he makes sure he pinches the handle with the tip of his thumb and index, with his pinky sticking out the side (like the queen having tea), making sure that his marklan hands doesn't get dirty.....

In Japan , until recently, it was considered good manners to slurp soup and noodles. However as more and more Japanese have travelled to the West, and been more exposed to Western culture, this tradition is only prevalent amongst the old and the rural. Hence the joke. I know the Gump isn't Japanese.
