to add to vagrancy, various agencies and organizations will go out in force during cold weather emergency to place the homeless into shelters.

Don't concern yourself too much about the homeless in NYC. While some do warrant help and pity. Most, and I mean most......are just like guys that got let out of jail after spending like 25 to life for some felony......

Ah, a drawing pad.

Currently designing hand tools with long handles for garden usage, for knee-injured fellas that can still stand up and walk. No, I'm not mass producing, but thinking hard for personal gardening again.

Who cares if I not actually build them? At least I'm drawing something...

and another one for commercial maritime activities.

Find those two, and learn about the committee members.

Might be the House, though, not the Senate. Can't remember atm.

Alternatively, you can find the PACs that are pro-whatever topic yer chasing after, and ask for a 'current status' report on their inroads into Congress. Sure, that may mean making a donation to a PAC to get that report, but...

You should go to the sea where free whales roam. The whales at seaworld are a slave race and paying to see them is only supporting the further torture of this incredibly smart and versatile creature.
