:dance::dance: My case got completed yesterday dec 4th 2006. NVC had recieved my DS230 on Nov 7th... I think they do take entire 4 weeks...

That is not good news, my DS 230 was received on 11-28 and was hoping sooner than later for completion. But I guess I have to wait for 4 weeks.

Anyone have their case complete before 4 weeks? Anyone have an idea whether it is different for different counselates..?

Yay!!! That is awesome! I'm still waiting for my package to arrive so I can get going on this.

Keep on top of it too hun. Where did you send your I-130 and I-824? It will be interesting to see how long it takes USCIS to act on the I-824 to transfer to NVC. We haven't seen many if any of them up until now, and it is going to be more common now with the implementation of new process.

You can find me on FBI

Congrats!

Yea, looking at the timelines here, a month processing time is very much the norm.

Ours was exactly four weeks.
