hi everybody,

i have an interview in Delhi consulate ,

my questions is what all are the original certificates i require for this i.360 interview..

i am the beneficiary of deceased U.S citizen...

please help me....it's urgent...

You will need:

- a certified copy of your own birth certificate.

- a certified copy of your marriage certificate to your deceased US citizen spouse.

- proof that your spouse was a US citizen (this could be a copy of their naturalisation certificate (if they were a naturalised citizen), a copy of their US passport that was valid at the time of their death, a copy of their birth certificate indicating that they were born in the US, or a CRBA certificate indicating that they were born outside the US but derived citizenship through one or both of their parents).

- a certified copy of the death certificate of your US citizen spouse.

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You will need:

i have 1 more doubt,as i have only xerox and scanedcopies of his originals i don't have his originals with me....is the scanedcopies are enough to submit are i required originals too?

You usually require originals. If they ask for them and you do not provide them then your visa will not be issued until you provide originals.
