I went to cfo this morning. Grabe ang baha sa may roxas blvd for almost 2hrs na paikot ikot puru baha talaga.then we decided na mag edsa nalang.after 5hrs of traveling at last at 8am im already in the cfo building . Unlucky me there is no seminar. I went back home to pampanga super upset:(

USCIS STAGE:

August 17, 2013 - I-130 sent

August 22, 2013 - noa1

November 22, 2013 - tranferred to TSC

December 16, 2013 - approved

December 19, 2013 - noa2 hardcopy

January 09, 2014 - shipped to NVC

NVC STAGE:

January 17, 2014 - case received

February 24, 2014 - case number received

February 25, 2014 - IIN and BIN received

March 01, 2014 - ds 261 completed

March 05, 2014 - aos invoice and paid (in process)

March 07, 2014 - aos shows paid

March 22, 2014 - iv bill paid (in process)

March 25, 2014 - iv bill shows paid

March 25, 2014 - ds260 completed

March 26,2014 - iv package send to nvc

March 31, 2014 - iv package arrived at NVC 12:05pm (Gary S. Peters - signatory)

I was there also in the morning. Me and my daughter came from Davao city went directly to cfo office but yes they are close because of bad weather. So what i did i ask # from the guard and called cfo at the airport. The guy give me instruction what to do before going to airport. Fill out form and xerox of visa passport and passport id of my daughter. Went there smoothly and glad we made it. Now waiting for our flight 10 pm.

Around 9am. I saw lot of people outside. Done my seminar last July 5th then just went back for passport stamping. Thanks and goodluck to you also.

Hello guys

pls help me with my problem. i have finish with my seminar last july 17 with no visa yet. last friday August 16 i received my visa so i went to CFO to get my cert and sticker. unfortunetly the lady who administer the seminar asking any prof of divorce of my fiance. which all the documents are submitted to USCIS and U.S Embassy and APPROVED . im worried because my flight will be on wednesday august 21 AM. until now i dont have yet the sticker on my hands. pls help me.

CFO officers have the discretion to ask for certain documents so you have to comply, otherwise they won't issue your certificate and sticker. Maybe a scanned copy of your fiancee's final divorce decree will suffice.
