I had my schedule appointment today but I didnt make it to manila. SOuth Luzon Expressway was closed. Im so frustrated I thought I will finish everything today. But all who have appointments today are advised to reschedule after 24 hrs. Just called the USEM hotline.

01-17-2013: NOA1 (VERMONT SERVICE CENTER)

05-28-2013: CASE TRANSFER FROM VSC TO TSC

07-02-2013: NOA2

07-26-2013: GOT MNL # THROUGH EMAIL (NVC)

08-08-2013: 1ST DAY OF MEDICAL AT SLEC (HOLIDAY THE NEXT DAY AND OVER THE WEEKEND)

08-12-2013: 2ND DAY FOR IMMUNIZATION (4 SHOTS)

08-19-2013: APPOINTMENT INTERVIEW / CANCELLED DUE TO SEVERE FLOOD

they should give those who were suppose to be interviewed today a priority since you've waited long for this day to come and then would have to wait some more just because of mother nature. good luck also :) i'll keep you in my prayers.

Be safe!!! The rain still keep pouring.... if you think it is not worth taking the risk going Manila just re-schedule your appointments. For sure USEM will understand if you can't make it.

N-400 (Online - Seattle Field Office)

(00days) 2018-10-01 Filed ONLINE - received Payment Confirmation the same day - paid by Credit Card

(04days) 2018-10-05 Received NOA by mail

(05days) 2018-10-06 Received email - Biometrics appointment is scheduled

(09days) 2018-10-10 Check my online account and my Biotmetrics Notification is attached and available

(11days) 2018-10-12 Biometrics (fingerprinting) completed - Walk-in no problem; saved 2 weeks (Original appointment date is Oct. 26)

(436days) 2019-12-11 I am US Citizen now!!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANTS SCHEDULED ON AUGUST 19, 2013

The U.S. Embassy regrets to inform you that we are unable to conduct your nonimmigrant visa interview due to inclement weather conditions.

For applicants who were turned away at the gate:

Please return to the Embassy any workday except Wednesday August 21, 2013, no later than August 29, 2013. Please arrive at the Embassy between 11:30am and 2:00pm.

You do not need to pay another fee or fill out new application forms when you return to the Embassy for your interview. You do not need to make another appointment.

Please bring all the basic requirements (including the white letter given to you when you showed up at the gate), your original August 19 Interview appointment letter, DS-160 confirmation page, valid passport, one 2x2” photo, and all prior passports and U.S. visas, if available

My fiance ended up staying in Batangas and will wake up 1:30am to see what the weather is like. Hoping that the rain is a just a one day thing and those who weren't interview yesterday will have a chance to get interview before August ends. It would totally suck to have to wait another month again after waiting for so long to get interviewed. Anyways be safe everyone :)

he is from tanauan but i am from lipa though. he decided to just stay in batangas since there was no way he can get to manila so he said he will just wait for madaling araw to see and hopefully it will reopen.
