Hello,

I'm filing form I-864 now, and I have a question. What do you put for total income in Number 5 in part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment if unemployed? Basically, it's $0. And we are going to have 'joint sponsor' to support this.

So, my question is that should I leave just blank as instructed? OR just put $0.

Thank you.

never leave anything blank

Hello mimollcious,

Thank you for your answer. Actually, that's what I thought too, but on page 2 of I-864 instruction, it says,

"If an item is not applicable or the answer is "none," leave the space blank."

This is what makes me confused. Any advice/help?
