Hello Everyone!

Getting ready to submit for ROC on September 7th, 2013. This is what I have so far:

1. 6 Affidavits of Support

2. Apartment Lease in both our names

3. Bills with proof of same address (TV, Electricity, Internet, Verizon family plan, DeadRiver). All these have the same address but are in one of our names (i'm assuming that's okay).

4. B-day, Anniversary cards, Invitations addressed to both of us.

5. Insurance card with me and my husband as members (we work at the same company)

6. Joint Bank Account with statements from checkings and savings spanning over the past 2 years in addition to letter from the bank stating when we opened the account together

7. We just recently found a house to purchase and our closing date is October 14th, 2013 so I'm including our Mortgage papers with my as a co-buyer, and our pre-approval from the mortgage company, our purchase and sales agreement too. Also our agreement with our Realtor signed by both of us. I also have correspondences between us and our Realtor and Mortgage Broker.

8. Papers proving that my husband had a vasectomy reversal so we can start a family (receipts, papers from the hospital)

9. Around 60 pictures of us, family, friends, etc.

10. Our Renter's insurance policy in both our names.

11. Our joint tax returns for the past 2 years

12. Car registrations for 3 cars, one we sold and two we have now. Also we are financing the 2 cars we have now and i'm the co-buyer on both.

13. A promissory note addressed to both of us from an acquaintance promising to pay us back an amount of money we lent her.

14. Medical document stating my husband is my designated driver after my procedure was done.

14. Driver's licenses for both me and my husband as proof of same address.

15. Letter from our company stating that we are each others' beneficiaries on our life insurance policies.

16. Document showing that my husband is my emergency contact at work.

Any thoughts of stuff I should add are welcome, thank you idea9dv.gif

Because it's something that we share, families and couples have pets together that they love and he's part of our family, we submitted this as part of our evidence during our AOS interview as well and it's a valid piece of evidence. It was also one of the questions the IO asked us, if we had any pets.

Looks very good.- ensure that your lease & bank statements (full statement at least one per quarter) covers the full 1 years 9 months to 2 years, as applicable to you.

Sounds good. Remember the USCIS will not read all the documents fully to understand, so mention the automatic month-to-month details in the covering letter and also let them know why you chose not to renew but to go month-to-month.
