Hello!

We are sooooo close now to sending everything in!! I didn't make my own personal deadline of before the end of November, but we are hopefully getting it all in the mail this week.

My question is - when filing everything at the same time (I-485, I-765, I-131) all together that comes to 5 passport photos if you add up the requirements for all the documents. Since they are being filed together, do I still need 5 photos?

Also - one of the documents (the I-131) has what appears to be the "old" photo parameters of the three-quarter view, one ear showing, and no digital photos. Is this still the case? I thought the new photo parameters where those as appearing on the I-485 document, full front photo, etc. And we used digital photos for our original visa petition and had no problems.

Hope this all makes sense - and I thank you as always for you help!!!

You need all the required photos for each individual application even if they are being filed together.

All pictures should be full frontal now, not 3/4 view.

Good luck.

You may be filing them together but they are seperate filings and may in fact get sent to different processing centers. Each filing needs to stand on its own.

The 3/4 view photo is outdated and has been since September 2004.

YMMV

See - I KNEW I remembered reading that on here before!! Funny that the document is dated 10/26/05!!

Thanks everyone!!! We will send along 5 photos then, and I'll attach them as appropriate to each document. I figured that was the case, but just wanted to be sure.

You all da coolest!!!

Follow the photo specifications in this USCIS document: http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/04_08_02Photo_flyer.pdf

As for the number of pictures consider that the various forms go to different departments, and need the number of photos specified. So yes you do need to to send the correct number of photos specified by each form.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
