Hi,

Just curious as to what my husband should put on his I-485 at the bottom when he certifies that he speaks english. He does speak and understand, but most of the technical questions I had to translate to Spanish for him. I'm fluent so I can sign saying that I'm fluent, but I wasn't sure if I needed to be a certified translator to sign it or not. Which would be better: To make him sign that he speaks and understands english or myself certifying that I'm fluent in Spanish and English? Thank you-
