When did I suggest that? I would limit the issuance of firearm permits to only those that have a demonstrable need to carry a firearm, and only within the jurisdiction of the law enforcement agency issuing that permit.

This is a 3 hour class that is comprised of basic pistol knowledge, basic knowledge of the Florida laws and what States you can carry in and what kind of weapons are the best for confess carry. The last step is to shoot live ammo.
