Exactly. Which is why I support "shall issue" concealed carry. Blacks should have the same rights as whites. This stop and frisk was a travesty, another one, implemented by a mayor that wants to take away your guns, decide how big your soda glass can be and discriminate against blacks with illegal searches...AND deny them concealed carry permits using the state's "Discretionary" concealed carry law.

Marvin, check out the number of concealed carry permits issued by NY counties with a very low black population...it is incredible! It is the most outrageous and obvious racial discrimnation snce the Democrat Governor of Alabama, George Wallce, stood on the steps of the University of Alabama with armed National Guard to refuse education to blacks.

People either respect people's rights...ALL OF THEM...or they don't. NEVER trust anyone that would throw out ANY of your rights...they will throw out all of them

There is not going to be a federal prosecution and no civil suits, so what else can she do to capitalze? You think she was there for Free?

The mother of a criminal killed in self defense in the act of attacking his neighbor is interviewed on TV for her opinion on....oh, nm, my head hurts. I need a rest.

At any rate, the policy violated the 4th amendment and such policies are absolutely necessary to eliminate the 2nd amendment. Those wishing to ban guns need to be aware that politicians will not stop with eliminating only that right..

Who wants to ban guns? I keep seeing this posted but know of no one who is attempting a blanket ban or anything remotely similar. Is this just some scare tactic the NRA uses to motivate its members? I am suprirsed anyone falls for it, it's pretty transparent.
