She should have been charged with treason as soon as she stepped on US soil.

So it's completely acceptable to degrade or even disrespect any US president under Free Speech, but anything else is treason?

Are you for real? Lol

Of course. If what Lost says is true, then all these folks that have been blasting presidents should be in a jail cell.

Free speech only counts when someone's saying what he likes to hear, I guess.

Funny how hate speech is always protected. But anything else is up for grabs.

Don't I know. I have been banned several times for a light hearted remark. Ho hum.

People want their right to be as cruel and evil as the constitution will allow.

yes, in america we don't tolerate objectors..full allegiance - never question!

we tolerate descent quite well. Massive protests helped win civil rights and end the Vietnam war.

Sitting on an Anti-Aircraft gun of someone you are at war with and cheering them on to shoot down more of your fellow citizens is way beyond civil dissent.

It is treason

Surely even you recognize the difference

It is complete ok to disrespect a president yes it is,,,Many have gotten it worse than the current one

It would not be ok to travel overseas, hookup with Al Qaeda and cheer on the people waging war agaisnt us and offer them air or comfort.

Surely you can see the difference in what Jane did and domestic protesting

It is treason

It is not treason. It may be objectionable to some, but it is still protected by the 1st Amendment.

However, to your point, by extension are we not all guilty of treason then when we offer our blind support to and endorse the notion there should no gun control or any type? Are we not voicing the same cheer? Is it only considered patriotic when it is a citizen shooting at his or her own fellow citizens? It seems rather counter intuitive that we place so much attention on who is being killed and give the shooter a free pass.

Much like the Bible, it appears the fanatics pick and choose which parts of the Constitution they follow.

Since you are new here I will help you out on the constitution

Article Three Section 3

Section 3 defines treason and its punishment.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

It was in fact treason She gave aid and comfort to our enemy, that is not protected speech under article 3 sec 3

You are the last person I'd take lessons on anything from, including the Constitution. Sorry.
