DS 230. waiting for pcc.

Hi,

i m an Indian working in dubai. my case is at NVC stage. i got my Dubai police clearance and already submit my passport in indian embassy for my pcc. my consulate is Bombay. my question is this can i send my DS 230 to NVC without pcc and submit it later at consulate. please advice.

No you need to send your police clearance in with your DS-230
