close to 7 months from filing haven't received noa2

Yah senators can only provide info abt whr is ur petition n wht is the current status

N u said u r prtition is in atlanta office so i heard tht ty hav so many files so waiting time is higher up to one year bt dnt loose hope my dear frd god is great

U will get sum thng vry soon

Im from california. are they going to tell you if your case is in field office?and if you file your case ib where statse you are is that mean that where is the field office they going to forward like .me frm san fo and my case will be forwarded to san fo filed office?

Hi to you do you know the Charleston field office? i am just worried if our papers will be in there because when my husband called they never tell if our papers was transferred to our local office, and we are waiting for almost 8months now

I'm not really sure about that as for our own experienced,i just found out about this things when my husband congressman's office inquire about our case that our papers was forwarded at a field office.

wow our petition only took 3 months!.. I wonder if it matters where you're filing from... ours was from texas.. but we did spend a lot of time getting to and at NVC

Hello..we are the same case still waiting for our NOA2 from USCIS.My husband is from alabama also but our papers from Chicago lockbox office was transferred to altanta office.I don't know how slow the NBC is..We are hoping and pray soon we can hear some good news.God bless to all filers.

my husband is from Alabama and our papers was forwarded to the field office according to the letter that we receive from his congressman and processing time can vary 6-12 months

- Scheduled hubby for INFO PASS dated Sept.26,2012

Sept.21,2012 - Hubby received a call from USCIS Lady doing a "PHONE INTERVIEW".
Sept.24,2012- Received Text & Email " CASE APPROVED"
Sept.26,2012- Hubby still went to his INFO PASS appointment to asked further assitance for the next stage.
Sept.28,2012- Received Noa2 Hard copy

Oct.22,2013 - NVC received file
Nov.5, 2013 - Received Case # and Invoice ID Number
Nov.6, 2013 - Received Email for AOS & FEE Bill
Nov.8, 2013 - AOS & IV payment status " IN PROCESS"
Nov.12,2013- AOS & IV payment status "PAID"
Nov.21,2013- DS-260 submitted
Dec.9,2013 - AOS & IV package sent
Dec.13,2013- False checklist received. Called NVC to confirm and they said just ignore it. Its like a confirmation
they received our documents.
Jan.14,2014 - Called NVC and heared our document was reviewed Jan.9 - and we got a checklist
on AOS & IV.

Jan.15,2014- Received official email checklist

Jan.15,2014- Responded to IV checklist in the afternoon. Sending my NBI CLEARANCE (again) Thru FedEx.

Jan 17,2014- NVC received FedEx document at 9:40a.m. signed by G.Peters

Jan 17,2014- Hubby took a half day off at work to dropped off personally to the lawyer's office, a checklist on his
AOS.

sosorry to hear that we were told that it would be approximately 6-12 months approval,so were still good..and our lawyer informed us that theres slowness of approval with uscis at this time but their starting to "clean house"have you wrote your husband's congressman or senator to inquire about your application?

yes my husband wrote his congressman and we received a letter from them they mail us back an attachment from uscis that our papers was forwarded to the field office and they informed us that it might take 6-12 months approval,in what part of alabama is your husband.?

honestly i really dont know i just found out that our papers was transfered to field office coz my husband ask help from his congressman..and his office inquire about the status of our case

Hi guy's, i'm also waiting for our NOA2. It's been 5 months and 2 weeks (nbc-mar filer).. My husband talked to a Uscis customer service representative on our 5th month mark and told my husband to wait for few months for the NOA2 and that the subjected month for our visa to be cleared is on Jan 2014.. Is this really possible, I mean I really hope so..

Nov 20 - finally! NOA 2

Dec 21 - Case number and IIN generated

Dec 23 - Submitted/Completed DS-261 online

Dec 23 - AOS fee bill invoiced

Dec 28 - AOS shows PAID

Dec 28 - IV fee bill invoiced

Jan 12, 2014 - sent out AOS Package

Jan 18 - IV fee shows PAID

Jan 18 - DS-260 available

Jan 19 - Completed/Submitted DS-260 online

Jan 26 - IV Package sent to NVC

Feb 03 - IV package under review (wait for 30 days to complete)

Feb 06 - advance medical done (results & cd on-hand)

Feb 10 - AOS package has been reviewed and completed (by email) (25 days)

April 11 - Ready changed to ISSUED (Thanks God!)

April 22 - Visa received

May 10 - My most awaited date! My flight to San Diego CA.

 

May 23 - applied for SSN. June 2 - received my SSN Jun 9 - got a job. July 21 - received my green card (wrong expiration date and combined first and middle name, filed for I-90-correction) Aug 08 - applied for a state ID Sep 05 - biometrics appointment  Oct 09 - received my state ID Nov 03 - post decision activity (I-90 application) Nov 07 - card/document production (need to wait for 30 days for my new green card) Nov 10 - received the new green card (2 months & 5 days)

Anyone with paperwork in Manila, get ready for more lengthy delays, as the Manila office is closed due to flooding, rains, and who knows for how long, me and my wife now went through this flooding situation, and it usually adds several days if not weeks,.,.,Read on National web site! It is true!
