Sent I-864 to NVC without 2D barcode on the bottom

I already submitted the I-864 forms for my in-laws and I just realized that the forms I printed and sent out didn't have a 2D barcode on the bottom of the forms. This will cause a delay or rejection? It's been two weeks passed and I haven't heard anything from NVC about my in-laws AOS. They didn't even send us the checklist for DS230 for not submitting them yet. I've read somewhere that when NVC is currently processing for AOS or DS230 if one is missing they will generate a false checklist for not submitting either on of them.

They probably didn't even reviewed your papers as yet. It takes 20 days from when they receive it. If you sent both AOS and DS230 at the same time you will eventually get a email when those 20 days are near. You got to count business days not weekend days. So if they got it on 08/02/2013 then expect to hear from them by next week or week after. They may require you to do the new form I-864 so get it done and have it ready for when they send you that checklist.
