Don't worry! If you are adjusting from a k1 visa, and after all this month without answer its because you are likely to get the green card without interview, just like me and other vj. Adjusting from k1 allows you to get your interview waive. But this is something we dont decide. I adjust on july 2012, got my EAD on sep and I DIDNT hear a thing from my case til april 20 when I got a txt message, an email and a letter saying that my case was approved. It took me 9 month. I also request a service but never got a response. Maybe within a month or 2 you can your gc. Good luck

As you know USCIS is not good with status updates, also don't count on not getting an interview. Hang in there and good luck.

November filer here. Don't bother with the service requests. You will get the GC when you get it.

Check the immigration timelines if you want something to do while you wait. I check it everyday and feel happy for all the people that got their GCs.

Currently I see a lot of Dec filers getting approved, fewer Nov filers. So maybe you'll be approved in the next few weeks?
