As I see it...we seem to start seeing approvals..tue to thurs... Not much on Mon and Fri .. So we should start seeing them today...

I pray I'm one of the next ones.... fingers crossed

9/15 Recieved and signed for by "Freeman" at NSC

9/19 NOA1 CSC Recieved

9/25 Notice date Check cashed 9/25

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/5 NOA2 12/6 but Approved on 12/5 touch

12/9 Received NOA2(I-797) by snail mail

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/12 2007 Packet 3 received Dang Holidays..

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!

1/25 Recieved notice that She needs to pick up my packet in Chisinau..

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Yep...I think in the next two weeks we are going to see alot of Sept NOA2's.......

But I think this week..will be a big one ! last week 13 VJ'ers were approved.. I feel this week will beat that..

What I find weird here...is our adjudicated date timelines... I'm Jan 4th but some have the same sent date a me..have a later Jan.. adjudicated date.. must be based on embassies also..

I've actual been expecting it since Thanksgiving Week... Thankgiving day was my 60 day from my NOA1

I hope you're right. I've been waiting to see your approval as well as Arazia's since last week. May this be a great week for all of us. :thumbs:

While the timeline indicates I-129F adjudication, I have wondered exactly what the algorithim is behind it. I have a NOA1 date 1 day before another member but she has an estimated adjudication date more than two weeks ahead of mine. Me wonders sometimes.........

I've actual been expecting it since Thanksgiving Week... Thankgiving day was my 60 day from my NOA1

I've been too. Of course I was hoping to get approved too, but I felt that yours and Arazia's would (and should) come before mine.

Anyway, last night we all had good news with DeanIWait's approval. Let's hope we continue to read great news like that.

I'd just like to see USCIS get off their rears and do another big rush of approvals like we saw in early October. In any case, I wish the best of luck to everyone in September who is still waiting. :luv:

Oh I beleive they have Red Flag Countries..and take more time going over the paperwork with a fine tooth comb...

Like:

Russia and any prevous Russian Country..

China

Iran

and I'm sure I've only touched on a small part of them..

Have anyone else noticed that some approvals from nov 28th were only recieved by snail mail? Maybe there are some more approvals from the last week of november and we just don't know about them yet, because there was no email notification...
