I-751 filing and evidences that needed to submit

Hello..i am about to submit my 1-751 but i still have questions in my mind..please help me with this questions..really appreciate all your reply..

Our Income tax was filed seperately.do i still have to submit it even though we filed it not as a couple?

My husband bought our house in November 2012. Can i submit a copy of the deed of sale and the HUD eventhough my name is not there but to prove that we have living in the same address.

For the cover letter,who needs to sign at the bottom?

So far the evidences that i have are the following:

Joint checking accounts from our two banks.

Copy of my husband's health insurance with my name as the beneficiary.

Copy of our car order purchase with both of our names on it.

A letter from our fertility doctor stating that we are under her care from November 2012 up to present.

Copy of my 403b with my husband as my beneficiary.

Copy of my life insurance with my husband as my beneficiary.

Copy of our 2 loans with our name on it.

Parish letter of our contribution we made in 2012 addresses as MR.& Mrs.xxx.

2 sworn statement made by my father in law and sister in law,one is notarized.

Copy of electrical and water bill under my name.

Copy of AT&T with my name on it.

So this what i have in my packet..I will greatly appreciate your input..I am worried that this would not be enough..thank you all for the reply..
