My wife and I were married in September of 2006 and immediately followed the process of getting her a green card, which went through wit no problems. November 2009, we decided to move to Canada where she is originally from and I would apply for a green card there instead. During the summer of 2010, we separated and I moved back to the US. At the beginning of 2011, she came back to join me here in the US with our children. Apparently when she reentered, she got a B2 tourist visa which is now expired. We are trying to get everything in order, but finances have held us back tremendously. What direction should we be going? Should we start over with the process, or is there a way to fix her green card status? I am lost, but trying to get everything fixed. At this point, we have been married almost 7 years and have 4 kids together, so our relationship should be pretty established. At this point, any help would be very appreciated.

Your wife doesn't have a green card in the USA anymore so you really need to adjust her status ASAP. Right now she is out of status and should NOT leave the USA.
