Just a couple of quick ones.

If she's divorced, under the Marital Status line do I need to put that, or put Single?

On line 11, about making "specific contributions. Do I mark intend or do not attend, and if attend, what do I write for the exact nature of what I intend?

Tnanks!

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

If she is divorced, then put divorced.

For #11, do not check either one and put 'N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)' on the line, as it shows on the example form > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

And if I pay child support, does that need to be reflected in the section about who's dependant, partially dependant?

If you have minor children, then yes you need to list them as dependents and they will be counted in your household size for determining your income requirement.

Hi guys, more questions.

In getting a letter from my bank, should I have them put it to the Embassy's attention, or to USCIS/DHS?

I actually need to go back and get a new letter tomorrow because for some reason they couldn't figure out my total deposits for the year and instead printed me out what I would approximate to be a metric ton of statements, which I feel like the embassy isn't going to want to sort through and do the math on. Unless I'm wrong and anyone here feels like they would want those, too.

I spent 3 minutes after I got home and found out all that information with a quick export to Excel. He also didn't give current balances on the letter, which I'd have thought if nothing else would be simple.

But I shall get a better one tomorrow. Thanks for the responses on the above.

No need to put USCIS/embassy's name.

My fiance's letter from bank didn't put that and we're fine :)

Trying to fill out the I-134, and it asks for my ZIP Code. My ZIP Code starts with a 0, and every time I put it in it removes the leading zero.

Has anyone else run into this, and how do I correct it?

Sounds like some strange glitch in the form filling. Skip the zip code box and then it fill it out by hand after you print it out.

Jay-Kay has said it all. Just follow his assistance guidelines and you will surely be fine. Good luck

Yeah, that's what I ended up doing. I figured a hand written Zip Code wasn't necessarily a red flag.
