other name used in I-130 and g325a

Hello vj friends..

I need your help..my husband just sent my I-130packet.. and just for now i found out that in i-130 form in section c question "other used name" i put "none" instead of putting my name when i was single..and also on my g325a..

Please give me your idea if it is will be a big problem in processing my petition?

well , hang on a moment.

you have IDs in some name. If that some name was :

1. on all IDs and

2. written in the I-130

then yer ok.

All my id's now is using my married name.i change it all after i got married.

i say not to expect an RFE on this, but do make the updates when the casefile is at NVC, on the DS-230 form. Include a letter of attestation about the name change, then, with that submittal.

in my case i used my single name in g325a it should be married name right?and we asked uscis about that, and they cant fixed it now. one of memeber here she told me during NVC stage

Yes in G325 i used my married name..even in I-130 form..

You called uscis?or you send a written letter regarding that matter?can i pm you?
