Hello,

I have couple questions from form I-485

In part 1.

C/O (in care of) - should I put my spouse here? OR should I put just none?

In part 2.

application type - I just wanted to make sure this part, I married to US citizens, and we both live in states. Should I check box A in this situation?

In part 3. Section A.

"were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer?" - does it mean that actual inspected by officer like searching bag and stuff? OR just immigration inspection where you wait for the line and get your finger print checked and stuff?

In part 3. Section B.
"applying with you?" - what does it mean by this? my spouse is not applying for AOS or anything, but since my spouse is filing I-130, should I put yes OR what?

In part 3. Number 15 & 18.

I served in military, should I attach some kinds of document for this? OR what makes different if I put yes for this?

In part 5. Interpreter's statement and signature

If I didn't have any interpreter, should i put just 'none' for this section?

In part 6.

Can i just put none if i don't have anyone filling out for me? OR should I leave it blank?

I know, it's a lot. Your advice/help/answer would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

1. N/A

2. A.

3. Inspected means went through immigration control, not a special bad search. You were inspected unless you ran across the border or hid in someone's trunk or something.

4. That's for husband and wife both applying for a benefit, so put no.

5. If you served in the military you put yes and attach your explanation.

6. I would leave the interpreter stuff blank (or N/A if you want).

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
