Hello all !

My stepdaughters birthday is coming up soon and I want to get her a Shih Tsu puppy . We plan on moving to the Philippines in a couple

of years and as a dog can be a 12 to 15 year commitment(or more) ,I need to be sure we can take the dog with us. Are there ways to get your pets shipped from the US to the Philippines ? Can we buy a ticket for the dog to fly with us? as cargo in a pet carrier ?
