Most people won't need it, so you would leave it blank.

I'm not married yet, I only just got into the country. The wedding is in September. (I'm just going through the forms in advance so I'm fully prepared when the time comes to send them.)

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

Yes it is. As the other poster wrote, be sure to check it against your NOA2 they should be the same
