Worried about a RFE

Hello Vj viewers:

We start this journey at november 26,2012, and received the first approved,at November 28,2012, we waiting our 6 months proccesing and in May 5,2013, received a RFE' for my divorce decree,im the petitioner, we response our request for evidence ,and in Jun 24,2013, Uscis received our response, so im did a mistake because im sent the response copies,but not send my notice response letter on the original,and a months later,i was read they want the original and i sent copies,somebody did the same,please oriented me,it is almont the 60 day uscis give to approved or denied,so im so scated...I was call uscis and tier2, said just wait, i was sent a e-request and they answer by email and said,just wait because that depend on the Adjusment agent if they accept the copy,so any sugest please..thanks..

It can take 30-60 days after you provide them with the correct documentation they are asking for. If they say wait, all you can do is wait. If it goes past 60 days since you responded, then call again to speak to a tier 2 IO to let them know and ask about your case status.
