My husband came june 2012. He has been my worse nightmare. I feel like now looking back on my marriage I shouldve read between the lines. My husband is now in basic training in the army and has requested for divorce. Should I remove the conditions of his green card now and if so will the us army just give him citizenship anyway. My husband also sent a exploited video of me that is now in investigation because I was sexually assaulted my husband has now sent the video back to Ghana to his friends. M so pissed off right now. I just want him to ho back home. He has left me and my children with nothing and is now in the us army. What can I do?

It is his responsibility to apply, forward the stuff to him to file and you take care of your self. File for divorce the court will do the right thing for you, and get you support. Almost every jurisdiction has a free legal help at the local court for do it your self divorce.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

Heck NO!!!!! Get a divorce and let his chain of command deal with him ! you did report him to them right ? If what you are saying is true, then hopefully he gets kicked out of the military and cannot apply by himself to remove conditions. At least with a dishonorable discharge it is harder, if not impossible to remove conditions on his own.

Make sure his commander knows if he is not providing support for you and the children. He is required to provide you with at the minimum the basic allowance for housing because that is money for his dependents to have a place to live. If you have PROOF of abuse or improper usage of personal, revealing videos report this also. Don't expect a lot from the military as they tend to protect their own.

Don't worry about his removing conditions, that is his problem. File for divorce and move on.
