Congrats! We were transferred too today! dancin5hr.gifgoofy.gif

I will start calling NVC by the end of next week to see if they already have the file and to get the SDO number, so that we can arrange for the interview at the banco popular.

Look up your embassy. There you will find info about visa. It will have the requirements and sometimes a check sheet.

You might want to give the NVC a couple of weeks. Your online case status should be updated by then and, hopefully, you have gotten some snail mail letting you know the next step. If my memory serves me correctly, provided everything is ok, you case will be sent to the DR US embassy. Then, you will need to start contact the embassy for the next step(s). Best of luck!

I recommend you google "embassy location + us embassy + k1". You will generally find their instructions page this way, but other than that technically you wait for the Embassy to email you with official instructions. The guides here (look on the top bar menu system) can give you a good overview of the basics. Each Embassy has it's own rules though. Good Luck and Congratulations.
