Residence/Employment history for G-325A

I've lived in the UK since Jan 2010, but for the two years before that I was travelling. I had two addresses in Australia for two months and three months respectively, but otherwise I was basically on vacation, either living in a camper van or staying at a different guesthouse every few days - how should I deal with this on the form?

Similarly, I have periods of unemployment - should I list those between employments or just list the jobs I had?

Either way I will need to add supplimentary evidence for the residences as I've lived in enough places in the UK alone to cover the five slots available - should I submit them on the same form or written/typed on another sheet of paper?

Finally I've seen a few places online where people have mentioned including four copies of this form - is this still the case?

I would add another sheet and list everything just to make sure you are very transparent with them.

I would not list periods of unemployment as they will be able to figure it out according to the dates listed on your employment record.

As for the vacation. Add all the addresses you can remember and add an extra sheet explaining your situation, I don't think they would care but you are being transparent.

I haven't heard about 4 copies of the G-325a form. You just need a copie + photo for the beneficiary (beneficiaries) and the petitioner.

On any form, if you don't have enough space you are to write see attached in the blank. Then at the end of the form include a page you have added. It's a good practice to head that page with:

Name

Form ????, Question number ??

Older versions of the G-325a used to include 4 copies. You typed on page 1 and it populated the next three sets with the same info. It printed all four for submission. That's how we did it in 2008. That version of the form has been obsolete for several years. Now it is one copy to submit.

One more to add to this, and this is going to sound dumb, should the extra page be blank printer paper or could i use lined pad paper? Or should i print another copy of the form and fill in the extra details there?

My add-ons have always been something I typed on the computer in MS Word, headed like I said in my post, and printed on my printer. If you want it to be on lined pad and hand written, it still gives them the same information, though maybe not as neat.

No, do not print another piece of the form.

Here are instructions taken from the Form I-129F. The concept applies to any form:

How To Fill Out Form I-129F

1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, write your name and Alien Registration Number (A-Number) (if any), at the top of each sheet of paper, indicate the Part and Item Number to which your answer refers, and date and sign each sheet.

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is none, leave the space blank.

I keep coming up with more questions - the seperate line for address outside the US of more than 1 year - if it's already on the address list, do I just rewrite the details there? And if we're applying for an I-130, is that naturalisation or status as permanent residence?
