Can you please give me an exact time frame for completion of these petitions ?

Second Preference (2A): Spouses of green card holders, unmarried children (under 21) of permanent residents. I see from some posts it takes a minimum of 3 years from filing I-130 to visa completion (this includes AP time) or its less than 3 year ?

Second Preference (2B): Unmarried adult sons and daughters of permanent residents. I see from some posts it takes a minimum of 7 years from filing I-130 to visa completion (this includes AP time) or its less than 7 year ?

Your feedbacks are appreciated!

We cannot give you an exact timeframe, because if you file now it may take 7 years but things can change during those years, so that it may end up taking a year less, or more. The current processing times can be seen here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_6050.html

- As of September 2013, F2A is current, so it only takes processing time (less than a year, WITHOUT post-interview AP, which is unpredictable and depends on the country you live in).

- As of September 2013, F2B takes about 7.5 years.

Thank you Penguin. Is it possible for a US brother/sister to petition F4 for a brother/sister and at the same time parents who are PR file F2A/F2B for the same beneficiary?

Yes absolutely, you can have more than one petition going at a time.
