^ It sure is frustrating! I think a lot of people (non-overseas filers as well) from the May filers group got their cases sent to Overland Park, so I'm assuming they have tons of cases there waiting.

IR1 took 520 days....

I ran a little Google search on this Overland Park and came across this https://federalsoup.federaldaily.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=33677&KW=&PID=609752&title=immigration-services-officer-iso-exam#609752

Look at the last post.

From my understanding they have been working at OP center at least since July?

We are probably filing today (woohoo) and it's just infuriating that we can't even guesstimate anything .. ugh! ranting33va.gif

Very good news let see if this new Division 8 wants to move faster the Forms i-130; unfortunatelly mine was getting dust in Vermound for 4 months before being transferred.

I can say nothing else will be not welcome by the immigration services. Lets hope for the best and expecting diminished return from this Division 8.

Hope they get things rolling soon. I haven't been waiting nearly as long as many other commenters but it would be nice to have a more accurate estimate!

The only way you can make that expedite request work is if you can gather evidence describing a high risk pregnancy. Everyone with a pregnant spouse could use your first reasoning and this is probably why it wasn't approved. If this long wait does prove to be too much for your wife, I suggest she obtain a note or letter from her physician and you try again.

I wish you luck!

A high risk pregnancy where they need to stay in bed and need constant care might be cause for a pregnancy expedite, but it's still a chance. It likely would need the GP's, and an Ob's written assessment along with factual evidence backing up the claim. You'd also have to show there is no one else who can care for the USC.
