Hello everyone,

As I mentioned in the title, I'm technically under F1 visa status. I graduated college in last May, got married to US citizen wife.

I had applied for OPT (optional practical training), and got approved before I graduated from college. I'm currently in states.

What type visa am I supposed to apply for? K1, K3, IR1/CR1 doesn't seem to apply to me. Am I just simply applying for green card?

If anyone is in same situation like me, OR, if you are familiar with this situation, please let me know.

Thank you.

While you're in the USA you would adjust your status. Read this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2
