I am just looking for advice on section 15e-h. The instructions state "The answers to Item Numbers 15.e...15.h. should be in reference to the passport or travel document used at the last entry into the US" (paraphrased a bit). The application question #15 asks if he is currently IN the use. Now he is not. Do I still need to supply his passport info? A copy of it is in the packet.

Thanks to anyone that might have any answers. I know the new forms is a bit "difficult" so not sure how many people have tried to tackle the beast!!

Topic has been moved from Immigration News forum to the K-1 forum as it is asking for advice regarding completing the I-129f petition, and not discussing an immigration news story, so is more appropriate to this forum.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

#15 asks if the fiance(e) has ever been in the US before. The form states that if your fiance(e) is currently in the US, to answer #15a - 15h. If your fiance(e) is not currently in the US, then you leave those blank.
