I'm feeling good. Although I dont have any case # yet nor has our packet not yet been received by NVC, I just sent the post-NOA2 docs to my fiancé yesterday and was wondering the next steps of medical/interview.

I understand one must have the case # of the embassy in order to schedule the interview, but what about the medical? When is the time she needs to schedule that in relationship to the interview? Bec the medical needs to happen before the interview!

You typically need a confirmed interview date before going for the Medical.. The timing should be at least 7 days prior to your scheduled Interview, and 7 days after your Fiancee's last menstrual period. Be sure to register online first to save time; for that you'll need the case number.
