almost 3 months since i gave in my passports i sent them an email Tuesday regarding the real status of the case and I woke up to this :

Case Creation Date: 01-Jun-2006 Status Updated Date: 15-Aug-2013

idk what to think right because unlike many of you guys here you guys dont have kids going off to high school and college. Schools are calling me telling me i need to pay tuition and registration fee for my kids but i cant because i'm in fricken limbo with the embassy. its the most frustrating and depressing thing ever. Should i start getting Government Officials involve to query the case because i am beyond angry and annoyed and i feel so useless

I understand your frustration. We're in the same boat. I've been in AP for a month now. I have college kids too but we decided to let them continue schooling in our country. My petitioner even called DOS but they just said it's under review. This morning I wrote the embassy to ask what's going on. Hopefully they will reply ASAP. Try writing to the embassy too. Let's see what they will say. Update us what happens.
