Can i send IV and AOS at the same time??

Hi vjers,

I paid the IV and AOS bill at the same time but i noticed they only sent for IV form and civil documents, can i send my aos and supporting docs with those also?

Hello can i ask some question since that u r ahead of me.. I got my case # the other day they give me the Invoice #..

when i check it online its not available yet.. its okey if i will send the ds-3032 ahead? this is petition for my mother..

Yes you can. Make sure to follow the instructions they provide in their website.

The Affidavit of Support Form/s can be downloaded from the USCIS site, below (pick the one that fits your situation (see instructions in the above link)

Make sure to organize the documents in neat order and separate the Affidavit of Support from the IV documents, but can be sent in within the same package), don't forget to include each pertaining cover sheet with the respective documents (when you paid the fees for each, AOS and IV, you were provided a Cover Sheet for each). Double check everything, to include supporting documents prior to mailing to ensure everything is in order.

If you received the invoice and it is still not available to pay online, you should call them to find out what's going on.

To answer your question, I believe you should send the DS-3032 pronto (the sooner the better), no need to wait to pay. The only downside I see you may find is that you will end up paying shipping costs twice or maybe more (sending the DS-3032 and later the IV documents and AOS).

Thank you guys...@ Sheila-Todd, I sent my ds-3032 the moment i got my invoice # because i thought theyhad to get that first before they can send the IV and AOS bill. It worked! i emailed them a copy and sent a paper copy also.

I got my noa2 last August 7.I called NvC after a week and everday since my first call but they said my case is not in their system yet.I always read the ds-3032,AOS and IV package in Vj....which i need to submit and pay when I got my Case and invoice number already.

My concern is the CIVIL DOCUMENTS...

Can somebody help and inform me what kind of civil of documents should I pass to NVC? I just want to prepare them while waiting.
