Does tracking still show "at the post" ? I believe 2GO only picks up in the afternoon, then it may take a day for them to sort them out for delivery.

YEP! All I can do now is wait... and I'm also glad they are also open on Saturday. We'll see what happens this afternoon.

I GUESS NOT!....

I believe everything happens for a good REASON . Until now no VISA. Just thinking out loud. If I got my visa last Fri. or Sat. and decided to stay in Manila on Sunday for Monday CFO Seminar. On a brigther side I guess it wasn't the right timing. Some of the areas in Manila is flooded and according to the news the typhoon might stay until Thursday!

Though it is hard to understand USEM issued VISA for those who had their interview last 12-14 August and according to our fellow VJ'ers they already received/collected their VISA.

Patience is really being tested!!! ........ *sigh*

I agree patience is really being tested. I waited for almost a month to get this interview but now if USEM is still closed tomorrow I may have to wait until September if there are no available slots for August Lucky you at least you got interviewed already. Really sucks for most of us that have waited for this day to come and have to do some more waiting because of the typhoon. It would really suck if this typhoon goes on until Thursday because that will be a lot of people that needs to be rescheduled Hoping for the best that the rain will stop and not come back.

Not sure if it will be closed tomorrow but if the rain doesn't stop there is a possibility that it will be closed. I am hoping that the rain is over though.

Embassy website shows it's closed til tomorrow ( Ninoy Aquino Day ) then if I am not mistakenit's also holiday on Monday ( 26th - No CFO. ) I'm just not sure for Mon though.

hi there. please help! i had my interview last august 15 and the filipino guy at the window 72 told me to go home and wait for the visa but i did not fill up anything for the 2go delivery. is my visa really approve now or not? and i checked the ceac status its ready and open wait for 2 business days, the last update was on august 16 and up until now its still the same. please someone enlighten me. im really confused. i just wish i ask the consul if i pass or not:(

I did a little research. The way I see it she wasn't able to get an answer when Keine28 posted the below question 10:24am in this thread.

Then she start another topic "Passed or not?" at 11:00am an interval of 36 mins, now I haven't seen the 3rd one I guess I stop looking. My point I hope Keine28 already got the answer to her queries.

Don't make yourself confused on things. My understanding when the CO did not say anything and did not RETURN the passport it means you PASSED the interview. Because if NOT the passport will be given back to you with a piece of paper with a note why you were denied.

Most of the time with my own experience, before I shoot a question, I religiously read first on different threads relating to my question then I find some answers.

CEAC STATUS....... is out of our control. No one can give us the RIGHT ANSWERS. Perhaps some thoughts or answers were only given based on their own experiences.

All we can do now is wait for MIRACLE.... I myself have some confusions..... but can't do anything aside from WAITING..... patiently.....

I am so glad VJ forum is here.... willing to contribute, help and encourage one another.
