Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here tonight to announce that our petition is finally approved! kicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gifkicking.gif

It was a long, hard and frustrating 8.5 months but we got it done! No RFE's; just one straight shot!

I had filed I-129F and I-130 around the same time. Right now, we made the decision NOT to pursue the I-129F fiancé(e) visa.

There is a lot to be said another time about those who doubted what I were doing. This is our time to enjoy our success of scaling over one hurdle of the process. We will not allow them to take the shine off of our happiness!!!

To all the good people who are still waiting... your time will be here sooner than you know it! Good luck!

On August 14, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
