AOS Checklist...ugh!

So was being patient and hopeful to get past the dreaded AOS checklist which I see catches a lot of us..so does a checklist get processed any faster than the regular documents that are sent in? or is it the typical wait 20 business days? If others could just put the date they got their checklist and how long it took for the nvc to process it would be helpful and insightful on the matter..Thanks everyone!

My checklist was for two things..I have a joint sponsor my mother..and filled out two I864 forms..for me they want a recent paycheck stub from my employer or a letter..no problem..i thought my irs transcripts were enough..then what got me mad is for my moms application they checklisted it because for part 4, number 8..where it ask for state or province of birth..i left it blank..which it states to do in the instructions..so i spoke to a manager and they are going to look over my file..what scares me is that she said even though it says to do that in the instructions..the people in nvc go by a different guideline provided by the uscis..just crazy..she was born in a us air force base in okinawa japan..

NVC always ask to give them 20 days allowance to review each case

the manager said four or five days because of the mistake they made..they also put a checklist for my ds230 not being turned in..which is so off because its in their system of being received on august 5th..and after i tell the rep that they are like oh here it is..great..these on the people in charge of our documents and making decisions on our lives..inshallah all will be ok..ClockWatch2.gifranting33va.gif
