I just received notification that my 2nd response for my second RFE is being reviewed. I have a very good feeling about an impending acceptance, knock on wood, but I was wondering out there has gotten 3 or more RFE's? Thank you!

If you improperly reply to a RFE they have the right to deny your petition. You were very lucky to have gotten 2 RFE's. I don't think you'll get a third.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

The 2nd RFE had absolutely nothing to do with the first one, which is why I'm worried.

Would you mind if I ask what did they ask you for your first RFE? and second RFE?

Thanks

Not at all (:

Our first one was asking for "requirement that petitioner and beneficiary have met in person". I thought I had sent enough information in the initial petition, but somehow I totally blanked on copies of my boarding passes and my passport.

We got our second RFE because I apparently sent in a G-325 instead of a G-325A for myself. They seem to be the exact same form, but I happily sent it in, as fast as possible.

I'm just hoping now that everything is to their liking! And I hope you have a lovely day!
