Hi everyone. I've been finding the thread for this issue I have but to no luck, couldn't locate the thread anymore. I just want to know, visa status on CEAC is "Issued" on Aug 13. But when I checked ustraveldocs.com, here's what I got (and still getting):

There is no status update available for the passport number submitted.

Does this usually happen? What does this mean? I also checked 2GO's website to track my passport, entered the UID number and it was invalid.

Been waiting patiently here. Fiance keeps asking me I already have my visa as he wants to book a flight already. Advised him not to do anything just yet. Ugh.

Any holidays in there will slow things down also.

same thing happened to me. Got the ISSUED post at CEAC website but until now the phrase "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." shows up.

Other VJ friends advised to use the UID instead. The thing is i cannot see on my appointment letter the UID.

UID i read is located just below the barcode on your appointment letter.

Maybe you have that on your appointment letter...you can try it.

It 2 days for tracking info to appear in 2Go on my case...I'm not sure if this is the standard. I don't know if there are certain "pickup days" for 2Go at USEM....well, congrats and don't worry your visa is on its way.

Hi Hank, yessir that's where I got this message: There is no status update available for the passport number submitted. But CEAC's status is ISSUED.

Hi gayle blue, I've used the UID number on tracking my passport, still getting the same message: There is no status update available for the passport number submitted. And I guess, you only use the UID number for tracking your passport in 2GO's website not on ustraveldocs.com. You can correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Hi Cha n Nel, today's the second day my visa's on ISSUED status on CEAC. Hopefully that is their standard procedure. We're itching to book a flight already! Haha.

Does anyone know how often 2GO goes to US embassy to collect documents to be sent to approved individuals? I'm just wondering if they have a specific day of the week to gather all documents.

Those tracking sites are unreliable. If your visa was "issued," it can still take a week or more until it's delivered. You'll know delivery is imminent when 2GO texts you. Until then, enjoy basking in the glow of getting this far in your journey.

Coz i tried it and i get this message:

Provider error '80004005'

Unspecified error

is there something wrong with their system??????

Getting the same error message.....

N-400 (Online - Seattle Field Office)

(00days) 2018-10-01 Filed ONLINE - received Payment Confirmation the same day - paid by Credit Card

(04days) 2018-10-05 Received NOA by mail

(05days) 2018-10-06 Received email - Biometrics appointment is scheduled

(09days) 2018-10-10 Check my online account and my Biotmetrics Notification is attached and available

(11days) 2018-10-12 Biometrics (fingerprinting) completed - Walk-in no problem; saved 2 weeks (Original appointment date is Oct. 26)

(436days) 2019-12-11 I am US Citizen now!!!
