Perhaps you should explain how the sister is in the US, is she on a work visa, student visa? how is she here. What do you want to do? Are you filing the paperwork for her to obtain a green card or are you just showing the financial support for her?

She is married and in US on a dependant visa..I just want to sponser her so that she can get green card.

What kind of visa is your sister and her husband using? You have to be more specific.

I am guessing she is here as the spouse of a ??? visa ( student or work ) and he was the help get her here on a green card. You can file the I 130 but the wait is anywhere from 12 to 23 years before a visa would be available and she would have to leave if her current visa path goes away and wait at your home country.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

You can sponsor her.

There is a very long wait for a green card.

If you have Removing Condition - pending as you wrote in your profile then you cannot file I-130 unless you have your naturalization certificate in your hands...
