I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

Hii everyone

Received transfer notice.

It states that my case has been transferred from VSC to Nebraska service center.

But it also states that you will be notified on scheduling of interview.

I am outside US and not adjusting status. Then,why it is showing interview can be scheduled? Is it an error or it is there for all case which get transfer from VSC to NSC?

Please, i request to all of you who got transfer, please help me and resolve my query.

Don't worry. I guess this is the standard template of email which USCIS sends to everyone in case of transfer.

Did you get notification like your case being processed at Nebraska after this notification?

And what is your priority date?

Yes lailamine its very painful ive only seen my baby once since she was 1 month rightnow shes almost a year its very painful and thats y Im having a fundraiser to see if I could once again se e my daughter ...thank you for watching

Hi! Just received through email a transfer notice from USCIS about I130 case PD 8/12/13 but they did not indicate which office. How yould I know which office my case was transferred? I'm Praying that all of our cases will be approved soon

Hello Friends,

I also posted my question in a new thread as well. My PD is June 6th 2013,

I got a notice in mail on Sep 13th stating that my I-130 case is transferred to NSC from VSC. I also looked at october bulletin and it says that PD is September 8, 2013.

Does this mean my case can get approved ? How much time do i have before it gets retrogressed ?

What effect will this have when I upgrade my file from F2A to IR once I become a citizen in 2 weeks from now ?
