My PD is way back 25 Feb 2013. Does anyone know if I can expedite NVC processing because I have already waited too long?

Okemo, congratulations. Finally. After this exhausting waiting period. I wish your immigration case evolves smooth and fast since today. There are other threads on NVC and how you can help them being more efficient.

I haven't contacted my representative. I was sending requests to USCIS due to outside of normal time processing period.

Have you contacted your representative?

Yes I have been tirelessly contacting everyone I could. First contacted senator through her website and phone but no one would ever pick up the phone and no reply to my emails. Than contacted Congressman's office and having been through senator's office, I was pleasantly shocked someone picked up the phone! They were extremely helpful too and willing to listen. They contacted USCIS. In short about a 1 month. At that point I wrote to President obama for help so as you can see I didn't really leave anyone behind :) Two days after that my case was approved! I think it probably was the congressman's help that did the trick but who knows! I strongly suggest to get in touch with your local congressman. I hope this helps, best of luck.
