Anybody got new approvals from nebraska, it is kinda quite these days

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

Any update from other august filers? It seems that USCIS VSC stopped transferring cases to nebraska with august PDs. Right now VSC alone is approving cases with sept and oct PDs

Hello, I filed my I 130 for my spouse in May 2013. I never heard anything after the NOA1 that same month until now. I was told that as of last week, my case was transferred to the Nebraska Service Center. I'm trying to figure out people's timeline who got transferred there and it looks like it takes that service center about 2 months to approve petitions? Is this correct?

Even my case was trasferred 2 NSC from VSC.But i got approval letter On nov 7th PD was June 12th 2013. As far as i know most of the cases of may has been approved in October i dont know y ur case is still pending. Gud luck mostly if ur case is OK they take 5 months 4 approval

2/6/13 - Sent AOS package and it was delivered 2/13/13.
2/16/13 - Received email from NVC with checklist.
2/20/13 - CASE COMPLETED
2/22/13 - Sent photos as per checklist and they were delivered 2/26/13.
2/27/13 - Received email saying that they had all necessary documentation.
3/6/13 - Received email scheduling interview for 4/12/13.

4/12/13 - Passed Interview. 5/20/13 - Entered USA.

we are so happy, we received an email from uscis that our NOA2 was approved on 12/18......our pd is 8/13/2013 and case was transferred to NSC on 9/16/2013....



08/08/2013 Send i130

08/13/2013 accepted in Vermont.

09/16/2013 transferred to Nebraska

09/20/2013 received in Nebraska

12/18/2013 Approbed
