Pd: 4/1/13. Transfer 11/14/13. Also received supplement to i30 to transfer notice issued by the nbc. It says if u do not receive a decision or other notice action from service center wihin 60 days please call..

Sure! I got the letter on Nov. 4th they were requesting a full translation of the marriage certificate. I sent the documents on Nov 7th and it was supposed to arrived on Nov 12th but because of the holiday it got delayed and they received it on the 13th. It only took them a week to review the evidence.

Thats for the update. This means our hopes are alive. You got it very quick after reply, congrats!

Congrats!! My PD is 07/01/2013 But still waiting for approval. Poor me I cannot understand why the pd 07/01/2013 is not approve yet while they're processing in 07/30/2013

I was thinking of that a month ago but than I got RFE. I had a major fall out with my lawyer because of this. He didn't submit the requirements that USCIS has clearly posted on their website.I am suffering for his mistakes. What was your RFE about?

I am from Pakistan, we submitted computerized national database marriage certificate (NADRA) but they wanted to see the original Nikkah Nama which is the traditional/religious marriage certificate. I had told my lawyer I have both these two forms of marriage certificate and which one should would he need. He submitted only the computerized one. I got RFE on that. It turns out the USCIS clearly says the computerized one is not a replacement for the nikka nama and will not be accepted.

It's true the computerized version is more authentic and I don't know why USCIS doesn't accept it alone. However at the end of the day, it doesn't matter whether I or my lawyer think this document 'should' be good, his job is know what USCIS needs specially when its right there on their website. You can't imagine how upset I am! Even if I had to file this by myself, I would most likely have submitted both to be on safe side and this is basically what USCIS website recommends as well.
