I got RFE 3 weeks ago, they were asking for nikkah nama which I provided. It's been about 9 days now that they have received my reply (case status was updated) but still no word on approval.

Have you heard anything yet or you are still waiting? I am still waiting too. according to what I've seen here it takes approximately a month to get an approval after a RFE. I hope we get ours soon.

Anybody got new approvals from nebraska, it is kinda quite these days

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

Pd: 4/1/13. Transfer 11/14/13. Also received supplement to i30 to transfer notice issued by the nbc. It says if u do not receive a decision or other notice action from service center wihin 60 days please call..

Has anyone received this?

Yeah, it's good news, because you transferred to a new office that will work faster in your case, you will have your approval soon, luck

I am still waiting too. I really hope your observation/estimate of 1 month is true. This additional wait is realkly tough.

Hmm.... I got RFE on Sep 04th. Replied Oct 04th. USCIS updated Oct 09th. Still no answer......

Congrats, god bless... now they send your case to nvc, then wait the invoice identification number and case number, for beginning with payments after

Wow great! Can you give a little more detail on your RFE dates.. When did you got the RFE notice and when did they receive your reply?

Sure! I got the letter on Nov. 4th they were requesting a full translation of the marriage certificate. I sent the documents on Nov 7th and it was supposed to arrived on Nov 12th but because of the holiday it got delayed and they received it on the 13th. It only took them a week to review the evidence.
