Anybody got new approvals from nebraska, it is kinda quite these days

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.

what is your pd segs? we are still waiting for our noa2. yes that is good news... and now waiting for nov bulletin rolleyes.gif i hope all who are waiting for their interview at nvc can make it before november to get visagood.gif

We just got our NOA-2 today (10 Sep 2013). PD is 14 Sep 2012.

Case was transferred to Nebraska (NSC) on 9 Aug 2013.

Nebraska is doing work now.

My PD is October 18, 2012. With respect to the October VISA bulletin, I think everyone is keyed in already. I don't see any retrogression...... My opinion though!

That's not the case, it can well move back as they please but lets hope they don't. It looks like they do want to resolve these pending cases and give them time for administrative processing. Lets hope that's the case, the hope is alive!

Jun 3, Recieved email that AOS/IV fees are paid and I need to send the papers which I have already done.

July 3, Received postal mail from NVC that my visa preference has upgraded to CR1

May be but my guess is in that case they would keep it current only instead Sep'13 as that would not make much difference. Anyways as of now it seems good..!! :)

"On September 10, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case"

I just received updates that my address has been changed on my 130 petition. This is all confusing bc I did not request for any address change.

Has anyone received similar updates for the files that were transferred to Nebraska?
